Design the right program for your operation

We start with your objectives, operating model and existing driver pay structures. Together, we define who participates, what performance is rewarded and how results translate into earnings, then test the program for clarity, attainability and cost.

Cents per mile Align the bonus with how drivers are already paid, adding cents per mile for performance across individual categories or defined milestones. Points Bring multiple measures into one common scoring model. Safety, fuel, service and productivity convert into weighted points, which then convert into cash. Revenue share Build on an existing percentage-pay structure by increasing the driver’s earned share when defined performance targets or milestones are achieved. Fixed rewards Keep the program simple by attaching a defined cash reward directly to specific outcomes, milestones or events, such as a clean inspection.
